As Toyo's new Engineering Manager, you will:

• create a motivational culture that encourages shared learning, innovation and adherence to quality
• be a champion for Engineering Best Practices and Quality
• drive the strategic direction and set challenging objectives for the engineering department to promote an environment of continuous improvement.
• Use your experience with a wide range of industrial sectors (Mining, Power, Steel, Paper, Coal, for example)to help improve and enhance the current product offering and seek opportunity for new product development
• Use your expertise in rotating equipment and/or centrifugal pumps to help drive product advancement and improvement and provide customer guidance and internal technical support
• Have excellent knowledge of tooling, castings, machining, fabrication techniques, patterns and sand castings;
• Use your strong business acumen to help drive company growth and profitability
• Have demonstrated Leadership ability
• Be a Team player - willing and able to transition between managerial duties and responsibilities and 'hands-on' practitioner when necessary
• Be a strong skillful communicator, both written and verbal
• Have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and must be a registered professional Engineer (P.Eng)
• Be knowledgeable of general business processes, project management techniques and a wide variety of engineering disciplines
• Possess strong organizational skills and flexibility to meet changing needs of the organization

As Toyo's new Technical Inside Sales Team member, you:

• Put customer service first
• Have experience providing first class technical support to a Sales Department and Customer/Distributor/Agent's
• Have Prepared detailed product quotations of a technical nature, ensuring proper equipment selection;
• Are a fast learner
• Hold a BS in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Can multi-task
• Are detail oriented
• Experienced in Microsoft office and excel
• Have experience bidding large Consultant House packages is a plus
• Centrifugal pump experience an asset
• Fluent Spanish speaker an asset
• 20% travel

Toyo Pumps, an industry leading pump manufacturer, seeks an experienced millwright with a great attitude to join its assembly and repair team. The successful candiate will have:

• Experience in pump assembly, installation, service and repair.
• Extra consideration will be given for red seal certification with proven experience of pump repair and maintenance in a variety of installations.
• Experience in the servicing of mechanical seals is also a plus.
